When can I check-in and out?
Check-in can happen from 3PM and checkout can happen no later than 12 noon. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or a later checkout, we kindly ask you to contact us and then we will do our best to meet your request.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free storage of your luggage. You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us when you check in or check out.
When can I enjoy my breakfast?
You can enjoy a breakfast from the buffet in our morning restaurant Monday-Friday from 6.30AM-10.30AM and weekends from 7AM-11AM.
Can I get access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can use our free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel. Besides, you are more than welcome to use the computer in our lobby.
How often is the room cleaned if I stay several nights in a row?
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
You can park your car about 600 meters from the hotel in a monitored multi-storey carpark at the Royal Danish Playhouse. We offer a special price at
Electric car:
You can find the nearest electric car charging stations on the City of Copenhagen's own map. Copenhagen Strand is at the red dot.
The charging stations are managed by the companies Clever or E.ON.

It is also possible to use Jeudan's car park for parking electric cars.
Daily price in the car park costs
There are more than 100 Clever electric charging points in the car park. Charging takes place by downloading Clever's app to your smartphone and in that way start charging and pay based on the current kilowatt price.
Please note that no special reservation is required for arrival by electric car, but we point out that there are only a limited number of electric charging stations in the car park.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your pet is more than welcome and allowed everywhere in the hotel (except in our restaurants). However, the dog must not be left alone at any time.
What are the best transport options to the hotel?

Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, all rooms and common areas can be accessed by either an elevator or a ramp.
When is the reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you are in need of transfer, parking, car or bike rental, recommendations of must-sees and foods, or anything alike, we are more than happy to assist you.
Is laundry and dry cleaning available at the hotel?
The hotel offers laundry and dry cleaning. Laundry items handed-in at reception weekdays and Saturdays before 8AM will be returned after 5PM the same day. Laundry and dry cleaning service is not available om Sundays.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is no air conditioning at the hotel, but all rooms are equipped with a fan.
When can I eat in the restaurant?
Unfortunately, we do not offer lunch or dinner at the hotel, but we would be more than happy to share our best recommendations of restaurants or cafés, if you contact us in the reception.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the hotel is completely non-smoking.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without a cancellation option, please refer to the applicable sales conditions.
What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation for my booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
What if I have lost or forgotten something at the hotel?
